What a great experience! Henry was super chill, super knowledgeable and answered every question we had. I told him he was the teacher and we were there to learn. He gladly accepted the challenge. We never felt rushed, unwelcome or unsafe. Matter of fact, haven't had a bad experience yet! And if you end up coming on just the right day you might find yourself in for a sweet freebie (today's was fresh cut fruit served cold). I drove down from Riverside to pick up an online order that my wife had set up. This isy 1st time even going into the building and I could already tell that the environment was VERY friendly and welcoming. Super nice staff, exhilarating energy, customer service was top notch, and to top it all off, very safe and clean. Around the clock disinfecting and sanitizing all areas of service. Be careful… my husband went in to get medicine for me and specifically asked for a rosin gummy. The budtender (who is supposed to be knowledgeable about the product) told him a brand made all their gummies with rosin. He purchase it and brought it home and no where on the packaging or on their website does it show it is made with rosin. We did further research and found it is made with distillate which I cannot use as I do not react well to it. I called about 30 minutes after the transaction and the last 3 days. No one answers the phone and they do not call back. Nor do they reply to the online contact us page. While some people go in for recreational use, there are many who go in for medicine and have specific needs and should be able to trust the budtenders to provide correct information. We cannot use the product and the fact that they don’t answer the phone ever is weird. I would recommend going elsewhere. I’m super disappointed. – Anasia
