I was traveling while I visited this location. I got there just before close, staff was very friendly and welcoming even though I'd walked in with just minutes to spare before they were supposed to close. My bud tender, Bri, was extraordinary! She didn't make me feel rushed at all, she took the time to talk to me and get a feel as to what products would be most suitable for me. The store was clean and organized, very pleasant. This is exactly what I would hope for when visiting any dispensary for the first time. You all should be very proud! – Jessika Gomez
Long time goer and fan of this spot. Unfortunately prices are sky rocketing , loyalty points are no longer a thing and the deals don’t advocate to flower buyers. Budtenders are amazing but owners are getting money hungry and don’t seem to care about the customers. – Ben620
I used to love this location since it’s close to my neighborhood and the budtenders all had wonderful personalities and superior customer service. Now, not so much. My wife purchased a bundle for us, and the All-in-one cart that was included was a dud. I attempted to exchange it after calling to find out if it was eligible, and it was. However, the supervisor on duty didn’t have good product knowledge and I found that strange for a leader to tell a customer “ I don’t know” when asked about the details of the product’s exchange. Once I paired up with a manger, she had no clue about the exchange but I was told by said supervisor that the issue was relayed. Not the case. The manager had to ask what happened and I had to re-explain the issue, all to find out that since I wasn’t the original purchaser, I couldn’t exchange the product. She also stated that she wouldn’t have known because they don’t communicate with the front of house which is the reception area. Really?? What business are you aware of that doesn’t communicate with one another? Especially when the customer has been inconvenienced due to a faulty product that they were sold by said business. After waiting nearly 15 minutes to be seen and then no thorough communication about why I was even here in the first place , I was daunted by the experience. I hear that they are under new management and it shows and it’s understandable for discounts to pause but while they are restructuring they should restructure those attitudes and bring some inviting folks back on the floor. I’ve received much better customer service and just all around good vibes from the McClintock location. Shop there and ask for Bree! – jain dough
Today I asked a bud tender and a manager to pass along my thoughts to head office RE: LISTING DAILY DEALS IN WRITTEN FORMAT so medical patients can scan the deals more easily. Currently using IMAGES ONLY is too difficult to scan due to brain fog and medical issues. Both managers were unable to listen and respond without REPEATING “it’s all on the website or app” without even acting like they understood my point. :( Employees continuously stated that HEAD OFFICE DOES WHAT THEY WANT… which makes sense why the employees don’t listen to the customers!!! From the experience I was left understanding that head office does not care about the employees or their customers. TO HEAD OFFICE: CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE PRODUCTS SOLD… IF NOT MORE IMPORTANT!!! FYI: I’ll be going to a different dispensary location to buy Vape Carts 20% off for medical patients… that way I DON’T NEED TO LOOK AT SOL FLOWER DAILY DEALS! – Jade
I went back to this place after some time and couldn’t be more disappointed with the poor service and product quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Service – For starters, one of the employees (I’m talking about you, lanky redhead boy) chastised me for not waiting to be called, even though there was a single customer who was getting ready to leave. While I was taken aback by his unnecessary snide remark about my inability to read the sign upfront, I acknowledged my oversight and apologized. He then had the audacity to respond with yet another rude remark! If I didn’t happen to be there with a friend visiting from out-of-town, I’d walk my *ss right out. “Douche bag with an attitude” doesn’t begin to encompass his condescending demeanor and unacceptable level of service. Then a much friendlier young guy offered to help me with my purchase. In looking at the products offered, I couldn’t believe how sparse their selection is. They no longer carry some of old favorites but he made a few recommendations that I half-heartedly purchased. Product quality – The tipsy turtle brownies are absolute garbage. I bought two different flavors and they are both dry, brittle, and crumbling (see pic). It is impossible to even know how much you’re getting because it falls apart, so most of it gets wasted. And it tastes bad. Do not buy! The Jams choco birthday cake turned out to be a melted BLOCK of white chocolate (see pic). Seriously? How is one even suppose to know how much is a “piece”? Decent taste, but do not buy! Pricing – Needless to say, this place is overpriced. While it’s located in a dark industrial back alley, I guess it’s the Scottsdale price markup you get. Would be less of an issue if the product quality delivered. I should take their awful products back, but it is not worth the poor customer service that I’ll likely receive, nor do I have the time for it. Total waste and a disappointment. Will not be going back anytime soon. – SG
