Great customer service! When I placed my last order, which included an edible bundle, they had apparently run out on the order before me for a few of the items I wanted and I had ordered this just for the items listed because of the variety, but when it came it was definitely not what I wanted, so I contacted them right away. The representative explained what had happened, and to make it better, assured me that on my next order they would add a couple items for the inconvenience. I am getting ready to place another order today and can't wait to see what they add, hopefully they remember or have it noted in my account, if not I may have to edit this review! Ordering online was simple, my delivery driver showed up in the time he said he was going to show up & he was friendly. Professional & good experience. Definitely will be using this service frequently. UPDATE: Ordered two packs of Sluggers and what arrived at my door was nothing of the sort. It was poorly packaged had a terrible smell and look nothing like the original that I normally get. I went to my local Club in my neighborhood to get that package to see if the packaging had changed and it had not it was fake I then cut it open it was not even cannabis. Customer service was great about it I was refunded but that situation was still a problem I probably will never order from here again, beware! – Katt Katt
I ordered from Dank City for the first time yesterday, and they’ve made a return customer out of me. Their website is ridiculously user friendly, their prices and daily deals are reasonable, and their customer service is excellent.
