Affinity Dispensary - New Haven

This is a new review of AFFNITY in New Haven CT. I been going to this dispensary the longest since I became a med patient and honestly they are and still are the best dispensary, the staff is always very nice and helpful and on point . The staff in previous times was questionable but the recent staff is top notch . The other day I went in was a short a few dollars on my order and the manager on duty spotted me the remainder amount and applied it off my order ! That was the coolest thing I’ve experienced at any dispensary and I want to thank them ! I would highly recommend this place . Not only are they good people but the prices are always reasonable, they have daily specials which always saves me money and I wish I now lived closer to this place cuz I would come in any time I need something but I never regret coming back when I come in .. and no I am not writing a positive review in hopes of 250 points added to my loyalty although I would def appreciate it! I write because in past reviews I may have been a little harsh but they have really gotten so much better and cooler . Thanks again – Mark Plavecki

Vickie greeted me and enrolled me as a new customer. She was patient and kind and answered all my questions, And so cool about it! She introduced me to the pharmacist who made several recommendations, And continue to check up on me throughout the process because I was nervous She made my experience wonderful I would highly recommend this place just for the wonderful customer service that she gave me! – Adriene Radcliffe

First visit here was great! From the first phone call to set up an account, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when I walked in. There were a lot of promotions and deals on the site when I did my preorder so that helped with the price overall. The medical prices (at least for flower) were pretty good compared with the dispensaries I usually go go. The budtender Kawanna was awesome. She was really friendly and welcoming. She walked me through all the deals and the point systems for saving on purchases. The atmosphere was comfortable and happy. Good energy all around. I will definitely return again soon! – Samm

Affinity NH is my dispensary of choice! The staff is always attentive. Today was my first time as a medical customer and the experience was amazing! Thank you, Affinity staff for making me feel comfortable and your vast knowledge of your inventory to help combat my issues. I appreciate you…THIS IS AN OLD POST. I am no longer a newbie at affinity. They have been helping me improve my sleeping patterns by helping me determine what the right dosage and combination of edibles needed. Today, I had the privilege of being serviced by Kawanna. It became obvious to me that Kawanna was new to affinity but not because she wasn’t knowledgeable. She maintained her composure with all of the assistance she was receiving and help me determine what I needed. The staff at Affinity New Haven is top tier! – Joan Allen
