My first review after 5 Amazing years with the amazing bud-tenders this place has. The reason I am giving it a 5 star is due to the people who help everyday with smiles and laughter, friendship and family. Sadly I will say the management is my least favorite.. I just wish they smiled more and were more polite, & Did more to help staff. Not talking about All, But some. Otherwise this is the goto if you come to Denver or need a dispo. Asked staff return policy and gave me wrong information (guy in long hair). Used to love coming here and used to feel welcome. He said if I came back with receipt with pen I could swap it out but said needed to be original person who bought it. When she when in he then said nothing was wrong and that item had to not be working to be exchanged, asked why he didn’t say that I. The bringing he said “ I could have just denied service out right”. No longer felt welcome – Miguel Gomez

So I go in looking xclusively for drinks and dummies. Great guy, but I was sold 4 out of 8 containers of OLD PRODUCT! Most people know products loose potency over a period, what I bought was a batch of gummies 4 flavors and all were OVER 4 MONTHS OLD!!! Even beer returns at that age!!! Why are you DUMPING it off to loyal patrons??? Potency is NOT ANY LONGER VALUED AFTER 30 DAYS!!! Dummies were as potent as a harabo bear gummy!!! NOTHING – Oscar Harding
