When I entered there was one couple sitting ahead of me. We waited about 7 min (I was on my phone so could see the time) The lady the collects the IDS in the wrong order after 4 more had been collected. I tried to tell her I was 2nd in line. Got a very rude response of we will get to everyone then ignore me and proceeded to call everyone else back first. Worst customer service I have experienced. Very rude tone and just doesnt care. Please put someone in place that vaules your customers and employees. I have came to this location since it has opened and have witnessed this in the past. That creates a hard situation for staff as customers get angry. As a hospitality individual and General Manager this would be unacceptable from my staff.I thought this problem had been resolved. I would love a response back. – David King

The staff is very friendly. Quick service. Always have really good deals specially on their full gram carts. I love their Tommy Chong carts! – L. C

This is my neighborhood store. I have Always gotten good deals and excellent customer service here. Recommend them every opportunity I have. EDIT: what is going on with your hiring practices!!??!! Budtenders on the floor today were so uneducated about the products and couldn't answer simple questions regarding price on the prerolls. Could not make a recommendation, had no opinion on the various choices. One even told me he doesn't partake in the products. OK but at least learn what your selling. What if I was a 1st time user? You don't even know what your sending them out the door with!! Now for your seasoned budtenders who have been with you for some time, who know me when they see me not by the name on the ID, l'm still coming in to see my peeps! They are AWSOME!!!!! I have never had a customer service problem at this location before, and this just felt ridiculous. A warm body hire behind the counter, does not a business build. But it will definitely lose you clientele. – Linda
