Star Buds Garden City

Today will be my last time shopping here. Last visit I had multiple credits on my account. Today they were gone. Simply vanished. It's hard to not assume that the last bud tender (a woman that is trying very hard to be a man that has had issues and been rude to me for no reason in the past) somehow removed the credit from my account. Regardless half the staff is awesome and knows what they're talking about and is very helpful and non judgemental. While the other half has no clue and treats customers like crap. From what I understand they were just purchased by a bigger company. Hopefully they will go through and get rid of all the bad employees and keep the good ones. Until then I will no longer shop here. – Dominick Sneath

How they have a 4.7 is beyond me they must have really gotten better at treating people better. Last time I was in the big wig was there and acted like they didn't care if we was a customer or not . Treat people with respect you get it. I'd like to give yall another try if the same owners aren't involved its been a while and I should have wrote this long ago . Wow what can I tell ya! This place has an amazing selection of loose flower! So many different companies are represented here. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable! The drive thru they have is very efficient! I had an amazing interaction with John, his knowledge on terpenes really help me make my decision today. I just read through the reviews to see if maybe anyone else was experiencing the same thing recently and I see I’m definitely not the only one. I love this location and a lot of the people there but recently I’ve been met a few times with such bad attitudes and lack of kindness to the point that it actually hurts my feelings. It’s really disappointing when suddenly every other visit you’re having some type of problem with the customer service that it makes it not even worth it to shop there anymore. – Ana Banana

Had my med license here because of the reward program. According to the RUDE lady that helped me today that has changed. BUT the reason i pulled my service is the blantant disrespect and ugliness from the lady that helped today. Went over to natures and that lady was beyond helpful. Customer service matters, and it goes a long way. Sorry guys you aren't the only dispensary in greeley and you will not be getting my service ever again. – Melissa
