Their customer service is great. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. As for the products the quality is top notch. You can tell they only stock the good stuff. This place is in a great location and it's super convenient to swing by with private parking lot. Great selection, good vibes, BUT Catalyst in Mid City (literally 5 minutes away) sells the same products for half the price. If you're a regular smoker, this is not your spot unless you like giving away money. – Andrea Loera
