First off, as soon as you pull up to Bored & Stoned it’s immediately a vibe. Different in a good way! My budtender Rod was super knowledgeable about the products, and directed me to a great Hybrid and I enjoyed my 20% first time visit discount. I’m for sure coming back. – Marcus Smith
asked them twice to confirm whether this would work with my PLUGPLAY device, and they clearly said yes. I even showed them a picture of my device, and they said, “Yes, it will work.” Based on that, I paid around $26 and purchased the item. But now I’m in another country, and it turns out it doesn’t work at all. Their only goal was to take your money and send you away. I have all the photos and chat history as proof. Maybe they’re a newly opened shop, or maybe the staff get commission, but either way, I will be following up on this. What you did is completely unethical and not acceptable. – VIBEZ CO
This is the best dispensary that I have ever ordered from in LA! They do delivery and in store and the customer service is always top tier! Huge shout out to Penny for always being my driver for my deliveries in the early mornings and huge shout out to Lee today for assisting me with a defective pod. Their customer service is great. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. As for the products the quality is top notch. You can tell they only stock the good stuff. This place is in a great location and it's super convenient to swing by with private parking lot. Staff is very friendly and chill. Always helpful with my questions. I wish I knew the name of the people so I could give them credit but morning staff since I usually come at 6/7 AM. The product quality is always good even if it's not my particular high it's still a quality high if you get me. – Aldo
