Sacred Roots review I went to the store and told the person behind the counter that I wanted two disposable pens. They walked me over to look at them and I picked out two from the ones they pointed out. After I got home I realized they were pods and a battery was needed for them. I went back to the store and they wouldn’t exchange them or give me a refund. They wanted me to buy a battery to use with the pods that cost more than one of the disposable pens. If I walked in there and picked the items out myself, I wouldn’t be as irritated. The fact that they helped me pick them out and then wouldn’t give me a refund is ridiculous. I have spent quite a bit of money here and now they are going to get a bad review and lose a customer over $22. Sounds like they need to rethink that policy in certain circumstances. – Daniel Ruth
