Everyone is super cool and helpful here, even when you can tell they have had a long day, they still show great customer service, however on my recent visit I cant say I recieved the same service as before by one of the new lady budtenders with dark hair. Her "Hello" was as if we were of bothered to her or inconvinient (we did see her come out a side room so not sure if she was having a meal) also while asking questions and asking for certain products she seemed annoyed, clueless and the whole entire time gave us a very unwelcoming look, DEFINETLY not the experience or vibe we always get here. We than completed our order and no goodbye, no thank you nothing, just a blend stare away. The other budtenders however did say goodbyr and thank you so that was great. Will still give this place another visit, but management, please correct this workers behavior. – Moon Moony
Had more good experiences here than bad. I've come to love it. 1 guy recommended products I hated at the price point I was overly irritated but the other times my guy (new guy not the same person) has gotten me right and hasn't missed a beat yet! Literal definition of understood the assignment! I actually love it here! – K N
