We looked for vapes under the shop category, found a brand called bear labs. We stopped at the store my girl got down because I dont have my ID on me. She asked them for a cartridge… shes not educated in cannabis and they sold her concentrate that we can't smoke…. she paid because she trusted them to give her the correct product… she shows me in the car and I told her thats definitely not a cartridge…shes walks right back in they couldn't return it even thought I told her to mention the fact that she wanted a cartridge…. they said due to policy they couldn't….. really bums me out… she did a favor for me and they did her dirty….I love this place so i won't rate it 1 star but thats messed up… she even told the dude if its for a pen because thats what we use it for and he told her yes. – Jose P
I am in town from Santa cruz with no info on dispensaries in Napa. I stumbled on this place and was beyond satisfied with the service. The gentleman working the front was very friendly and the young lady inside was super helpful and directed me to the best options after I had lots of questions/needs. No need to try any of the other spots in town! – Jon Collins

These guys made fun of me as I left and then harassed me later when I flipped them off. When I was on the sidewalk. 50ft away from the building. Nasty people. Update. Owner says I’ve made a mistake. Unfortunately what I said is 100% true and I can even point out the blonde woman who laughed. All I did was go inside and asked for directions and I even thanked them. – Angel Monroy
Don’t go here you’ll be making a mistake. You’ll be supporting a business that fires people while they’re on disability.
