I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the flower at this store. I decided to check it out after hearing good things, but my experience was really underwhelming. I purchased one of their so-called high-quality $65 eighths, expecting something premium, but the flower was dry and clearly not fresh. I brought it to their attention and politely asked if I could get some type of credit or exchange, but they flat-out said no. For the price, I expected way better quality and at least some level of customer care. Definitely not worth it — I would not recommend. – Amr Ibrahim
