you’re going to BUDS, ask for Jemima! She is hands down the best person to work with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for instead of just recommending random products. What impressed me the most was her understanding of different flower strains. She explained the effects, terpene profiles, and helped me choose the perfect flower based on the kind of experience I wanted. You can tell she genuinely knows her products and cares about making sure customers leave with something that’s right for them. Her customer service is outstanding, she’s friendly, patient, and makes the whole experience comfortable. I highly recommend asking for Jemima if you want someone who really knows their stuff. This location checked out a random customer under my name ( i have never even been to this location). I only found out because I went to make a purchase at the Abington location and was denied. When I called, I was put on hold multiple times with the last time being long enough for The machine to hang up on me. I had to call back again to finish getting it reversed . All in all took me nearly half an hour to get the situation dealt with when it should’ve never occurred in the first place. When I asked to speak to a manager, the woman on the phone asked me why and then said they’ll have her call me and hung up the phone. They weren’t even apologetic. They basically just said “we don’t know how it happened”. I would never go to this site and if they’re careless about confirming ID to an account, I’d be concerned about what else they are careless with. She asked the right questions, gave honest recommendations, and helped me pick out some great-tasting bud that did not disappoint. Prices are great and the bud is pretty gas most of the time . They do listen to customers and update menu pretty often . They don’t grow they’re own product but that gives local growers another outlet to distribute ‘ I might’ve gotten a dry pack or two from a certain grower I won’t name but they give moisture packets out for free if you ask for one ! Just wish my student discount got me some points at least lol – BBé4k
