Unlike other competitors in dekalb Excelleaf seems to generally care about customer satisfaction, no bs and no excuses. It is a smaller store with a small staff but they make up for that through hospitality like offering 30% to medical users among other discounts and incentives. Other competitors seem to also charge more or equal to these guys for the same branded stuff. While those competitors may offer "discounts" they dont really feel like a discount and feel more like a slap to the face rather. Excelleaf does not leave this bad taste in your mouth, they take reviews and criticism and grow from it giving you the best pricing possible without loosing too much profit unlike their competitors who flip 180 in view of the most profit over customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. A great overall experience today. 3/17/2026. Porsha was the one to check me out. Employees like her, really need to be taken care of, so they stick around for a long. She's helped me before, she is always happy to help and I dont think i have ever seen her not smile and be happy to help. I was waiting and she was helping a gentleman that spoke very little english. She was using a translator thing to help him out, so he could make his purchase. People like her are hard to come by, especially this day in age. Please take care of her as an employee!
