Ive been coming to this location for a while. Bought a defective quality item (which had obvious physical damage) day prior and was told by the store manager/owner that he would not exchange it despite store policy online. Manager/owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Oh well…just wont be coming back. Too many better options. Fyi, this is the only dispensary in the area that wont stand by the quality of their products for an exchange or adhere to the policy they state online – Nathan Katz
