I’ve been going to this shop for probably 3+ years now and I recently moved to a different part of the city and I still make time once a week to come in before work around 12-1p and shop for my weeks needs. My girl is always there, helpful, sweet, makes me laugh everytime, love to chit chat about life and about the products that are new that I’m curious about. I have probably 3 dispensary’s way closer to me but I choose to come back because Kellie makes me feel like I can ask questions and once you’ve got that kind of bond you just keep coming back. One of the first times I've gone to a dispensary in all my 67 years, and I was a little nervous. Kelly helped me choose something that would work best for me, and it ended up being a great recommendation. Kelly was very thorough in explaining the different types of marijuana and told me about all of the weekly deals. Went to Floyd's on a Thursday, it was my first time ever at a dispensary. I'm in my 40s and haven't used much marijuana in my life, and recently have been having some pain and sleeping issues I thought it might help with, but I was nervous about using a substance I've not had much experience with and didn't want to go in blind. Ash was the budtender on duty and was very professional and kind, as well as extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through all the different kinds of cannabis products and the different methods to take it, what all the different cannabis did like CBD and CBH, and helped me pick a product that would work for me. I am very grateful for his help. Highly recommend going and seeing Ash for your cannabis needs. He even helped educate me on getting a medical certificate. Thanks Ash! – I.R.A.
I’ve been going to Floyd’s for years but this location has become my favorite in the last year! They’ve made some cool updates to their selection, and to the overall aesthetic of their shop. You can tell the staff really care about their store and their customers! In my most recent visit I had accidentally left my debit card in the machine and Kellie was so sweet to run out and catch me before I left! So appreciate my Floyd’s folks! – Kacey
