Like all dispensaries, employee turnover is common and creates uneven customer experience. My walk-in and purchase was smooth and peaceful, unlike half of the previous reviewers covering this branch of Sol Flower. This is probably the difference that really makes the difference: catching a dispensary at the right moment for a good customer service experience, not the prices, quality of products, or the size of their inventory. The wobbly state of current cannabis dispensaries is partly the bud tenders' lack of knowledge of their products, a lack of more than just basic cannabis knowledge, and the rarity of employees who care. Same issue in every retail business. Find your ideal dispensary crew, stay loyal, and you'll have a perfect high. – Jim Bergstrom

I was going to easily give them five stars because I thought I had a great experience there and I really liked the atmosphere. But once I got home and started looking at the product , everything went downhill. I asked them specifically for sativa and a sativa leaning hybrid. The budtender said that's what I was getting but when I got home I found that their stickers and packaging don't say whether it's a sativa or indica or a hybrid or anything . After looking it up and calling the store to speak to the assistant general manager, come to find out I ended up with one sativa leaning hybrid and one straight hybrid. I didn't want anything straight hybrid and I didn't get the sativa that they said this was. It's a real trust issue when they refused to label these things properly. Then we're all depending on the budtenders personal knowledge and memory to make the right decision. And if they don't, too bad legally there's no returns. The GM did offer an exchange and tried to work with me which is why I'm at least giving two stars but, this should never happen in the first place . This stuff needs to be labeled properly and sold properly without misinformation. – Cindi J
