Like all dispensaries, employee turnover is common and creates uneven customer experience. My walk-in and purchase was smooth and peaceful, unlike half of the previous reviewers covering this branch of Sol Flower. This is probably the difference that really makes the difference: catching a dispensary at the right moment for a good customer service experience, not the prices, quality of products, or the size of their inventory. The wobbly state of current cannabis dispensaries is partly the bud tenders' lack of knowledge of their products, a lack of more than just basic cannabis knowledge, and the rarity of employees who care. Same issue in every retail business. Find your ideal dispensary crew, stay loyal, and you'll have a perfect high. – Jim Bergstrom

Got at Jukebox 2g disposable. This was not 2gram at all. It was my 1st time there and will not return. They didn't even offer any gift for 1st time customers. I get 1g disposables all the time and I figured oh 2g for 40. Not bad. Well, this 2g is already out and the 1g I got from another dispensary on the same day is still going 6 days later. This company of Jukebox is not being honest with its consumers. So disappointing – Leigh Bee

Horrible service. I have never been treated so awful in a dispensary before. So much so, other customers waited outside to ask me what that was about, glad I didn't interpret his actions incorrectly and others witnessed it. Not helpful, didn't answer questions because it obviously was a nuisance for him, and brought me exactly what I said I didn't want, then when told I didn't want that, rolls his eyes. Wow, WOW! And if management even cares, I will gladly point him out for you. – Michele Leto

I’ve never had a problem at either of these stores and I’ve been to all of them. Today my regard for this dispensary has changed drastically. I went to the Casas adobes one a bit last minute and the elder associate there was just rude as can be. I came to this one hoping for a better experience and the little girl behind the counter had no clue anything about the flower she was “attempting” if you can even call it that to sell. She let me look at three things and lost interest and it seemed like it was almost a chore just to get her to do her job. Which is just all to common nowadays. To top it off I purchased two half’s normally the quality is decent I’ve tried most of the most wanted ones and have been branching into the regular ones which most have been decent however one of the half’s I purchased tasted like dried Bermuda grass just horrid filthy thing might as well have been a cigarette I couldn’t even finish the joint I rolled for Pete’s sake and I can’t even give the shit away. I’m surprised somebody with a botany degree and pride in what they do bagged this up and tried to sell it to people for almost 50$ a half is beyond me. I would hope you guys would take this crap back and let me switch it for something else. – clyde foster
