Like all dispensaries, employee turnover is common and creates uneven customer experience. My walk-in and purchase was smooth and peaceful, unlike half of the previous reviewers covering this branch of Sol Flower. This is probably the difference that really makes the difference: catching a dispensary at the right moment for a good customer service experience, not the prices, quality of products, or the size of their inventory. The wobbly state of current cannabis dispensaries is partly the bud tenders' lack of knowledge of their products, a lack of more than just basic cannabis knowledge, and the rarity of employees who care.
