High Society Weed Dispensary Lenox

My go to dispensary every time, they are all consistently amazingly friendly, helpful, with practically no wait time (over 2.5 years going here and my longest wait time was 2 minuets, which flew by chatting with the front desk individual). There is always at least 1 promotion going on (buy 1 get 1, etc.) and the prices in general are fantastic. Awesome wide selection that changes here and there so always something cool to try and they have great recommendations. Great spot for all of your weed needs! – Lauren Whitlock

As much as I love this location and I’ve had good experiences, As of recent, apparently, they have changed their answering service for their phones. Which is now a robot who apparently gets your name and then tells you to wait on the line. And then proceeds to do absolutely nothing in silence and eventually asks you to state your name again, Only to do the same exact thing. Which makes it super-duper easy(sarcastically thrown!) to Get help fixing an issue or wrong item in your order. This is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with this, so I’m not sure what changed or why the old way was working perfectly fine as far as I could tell for whenever I had to call in. But anyways, yeah, kind of a let down And unfortunately, I will have to hope that when I go in tomorrow to get the order fixed, I don’t have any issues since I am completely unable to talk to anybody today and I am definitely not driving back up there🤷🏻 – Nicholas Basile

I couldn't ask for a better dispensary. I've never had to wait, there is ALWAYS a deal available for literally any product they carry. Not to mention the customer service from the front desk check in to the actual register is seamless as well as kind/prompt. I coincidentally usually end up being taken care of by their budtender Angel who is just that! She's always serving with a smile and will always do what she can to accommodate her customers, leading every interaction with such a flow and familiarity, she makes the entire transaction seamless from beginning to end!
