The customer service was 5 stars, very helpful. But what a waste of a lot of money. I tried two items that were supposed to be the strongest, and I took all of it and felt nothing. So disappointing…..$50 wasted! And the service rep told me those two items where the strongest, I trusted him. Attaching photos so you know not to get those. I popped in on a whim on my way home and I can’t express how great the customer service was! I explained I was looking for something to help with my chronic pain and PTSD(from my years in the military), and the gal who was there, who I wish I could remember her name, was beyond helpful! Excellent little shop. Knowledge owner with great recommendations. She even applied a discount that I didn't know she was running and was super friendly. Also, the day I visited her shop, she was just a few days shy of full immunity from covid and she put her mask on when I entered. I don't know about you but I appreciate that kind of honesty.
