The staff are always wonderful here, and so is the product! Unfortunately I recently got a bad cartridge (very atypical) and Greg was super helpful in sorting it out for me efficiently. All the staff I have encountered are so helpful and friendly, and it's clear that they care about what they're doing. This store is my go-to despite being a bit of a drive away. – birds
