I’ve shopped here many times, but Britney truly made a huge difference. She took the time to explain the products, answered all of my questions patiently, and never rushed me. Her energy is bright, positive, and genuinely welcoming. While some employees seem rushed, Britney made me feel comfortable asking questions and actually cared about helping.
