If I could give Ripple 100 stars I WOULD! I gotta take a second and brag on my people here because they are the absolute BEST, friendliest, and most knowledgeable Bud-tenders you’ll find ~ from Pueblo to Denver, it doesn’t get better right here in the Springs at Ripple! I’ve been to so many dispensaries looking for the best selection and so many times the employees treat you differently because they don’t know you as a regular. I walked into Ripple and got straight smacked in the face with the smell of the truly fire selection and prices. The best part about it was the budtender Marissa! She was super knowledgeable and treated me like family the second I walked in. She answered every question I had with a true, honest opinion from knowing the products like they were her own creation. I’ve been going to Ripple for a little while and I walked in on Thursday Jan 22,2026 Not knowing that the new House Bill 21-1317 (effective Jan. 1, 2022) and SB23-081 was passed. So when they asked for my physician note, I questioned it politely and asked if they had any paperwork on it. Because it’s my personal medical information that I wanted to protect and wanted to know why? That’s it. The employee gets the manager and he comes out with the most unprofessional ragging behavior and yelling the “memorized” new law infront of everyone making a scene. I really wanted to ask him if he was ok and yelling doesn’t make you have control over a room, but didn’t. Instead of talking and explaining like a normal person and having a normal adult conversation. He wouldn’t let me ask any questions and would interrupt me. He took it so personal and acted so defensive that I questioned something important and because I was the first person to question it. But I definitely learned about his character with his actions, Gross. He’s immature and doesn’t know how to communicate and articulate his words politely and explain something without a serious attitude. Absolutely Disgusting, and very Disappointing coming from a manager. (And if he’s the owner even worse) I Feel bad for the employees I can’t imagine what they go through and can’t imagine how he handles a hard situation. So I went to another dispensary that friends and family run and they politely explained everything and I got my physicians note done in two minutes with my percentage. Acting so defensive makes you look suspicious! Acting like I insulted him personally. Wow, completely shocking and got whiplash from the whole situation. He could handled that so much better and in a million better ways. Got treated like doo doo because I’m trying to protect my personal medical records. I love this dispensary all the workers there are amazing and make me feel welcome and have great customer service although today i interacted with someone new and she made my experience not so pleasant, i dont think i received good customer service she didnt smile and just made things harder for me. overall not a good experience today with the new tender. but everyone else is great! -Had a rough day today but she made my experience better this time made me feel heard and my day better than it started glad to be a customer;) – Odamey Cruz
