Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary Colorado Springs Tejon MED/REC

It was a great experience purchasing at Native Roots. I’m from out of town and was impressed with the selection, quality and service. A special shout out to Rain for her help and friendly service. – Helen LInden

Carts were trash and kept getting clogged, ended up paying 45$ for one, had to basically use an atm, too many fees. Wasn't potent. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They only had a few things there. No variety, and only there crap brand. Waited 15 minutes before being seen. There 5 stars are from reviewing for a discount. – Daltin Adams

Edit 7/1/2025: General Manager reached out with apologies and mentioned to give corrective action. Plus a discount on my next purchase. I will visit soon with an update. I like tht the GM reached out with sincerity and attentiveness to the matter. All dispensary experiences should be the best everytime. First time visiting a Native Roots location, and I was NOT impressed. I'm not sure who waited on me but seemed inexperienced. The room was small,and I didn't see anything that would make me feel in awe of the place. The budtender didn't seem to give any knowledge of the products or try to show me anything but asked what I wanted. No upselling. (I appreciate good customer service including upselling, show me what you got, I will buy). Their products were in boxes, and that seemed unprofessional to me. It was not a very nice experience at this location. Unlikely to return. – Shug Magnolia

I had a very good experience here. Everyone was friendly. Anthony helped me find the perfect thing. He answered all of my questions and helped me figure out what I was looking for after a vague description of something I had several years prior. They are experts in what they do!
