I’m honestly not happy about the store turning into recreational. I came in today like I’ve been doing for 3 1/2 years. And there is a new person here I present my medical card and ID and she asked if I’ve been here before. Honestly that fine but I use to come here and it’s was so personal. I knew the workers by name and they always treated me with welcoming hospitality. And for the past few years it just have not been the same. I’ve tired to follow my worker to their location but it’s far since the owner closed the Filmore location down. I think the worst part of the experience was her verifying my $20 bill that I obtain from their ATM. I’ve never had that before and it honestly gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and was told it’s policy to check a $20 from your ATM and a $5 from my purse. Idk doesn’t make sense to me since I come here atleast once a week and always use your atm to obtain cash for my medication. – Courtney Burch
I’ve been using ER exclusively for the last 3 years. I want to start off by saying the budtenders have always been outstanding and the quality of product/pricing has always met my expectations. This is a note for the owners. Since recreational has been implemented, the store has been revamped. The existing medical side was transformed to recreational sales and the medical side has been pushed into a corner, a 1/3 of the size. I have been severely disappointed by the stock available to medical patients on my last 3 visits. What is normally a wonderful selection has been reduced to about a dozen options. It truly feels as though the patients who have been keeping this company afloat in the last 10 years are now a second thought, almost an inconvenience. I understand this is a new transition and everybody is trying to adjust, but this loyal customer will be looking for a new dispensary while they work things out. – Savannah Evig
I'm disappointed!!!! I went in with a coupon for $40 for big buds but instead received small seedy buds. I felt ripped off. The day I went into this store Thursday Morning on the 8th. Before this incident I actually liked this store. I won't be giving you no more of my money. I have other places that treat me better and give me what I pay for. – Rachel Outman
