Went into Solace today to get supplies and ask about a battery I'd bought which wasn't working correctly. Emily and Jaxon helped me out WAY beyond my expectations. I was expecting some advice on how to take better care of the battery, which they gave me, but then they offered me a replacement, new battery. 🥹 This was truly above and beyond in my opinion. I believe Jaxon was in training, and he was very informative telling me exactly how to clean and care for the new battery. I really appreciate the care I was shown. Thanks again! – Susan Mayor

Was greeted very nicely whenever we came in by Robin at the front desk. Hannah was being very helpful and patient with us while getting our items at the checkout as well.
