Unfortunately, my experience at Rocky Road Dispensary was disappointing. The customer service was lacking—staff were impatient, unhelpful, and didn’t provide any guidance or product education. It felt like they weren’t interested in my needs as a customer at all. As for the product, the quality was well below expectations. It contained seeds, had no aroma, no flavor, and overall felt poorly handled. This doesn’t reflect the standard I’ve come to expect from a professional dispensary. I can’t confidently recommend this place. If you’re looking for knowledgeable service and quality products, I’d suggest exploring other options. – Christopher Forbes

Usually have a great experience coming here. Been coming here since they opened. That is until tonight. Will be the last time we even bother. Placed an online order and got there at 11:43 pm. They were just locking the door and wouldn't let us just grab what we had ordered. Would have taken 2 mins! Time to find a new dispensary! I hear docs just don't the street is cheaper! Rocky Road is one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to in the area. The staff is always cool, laid-back, and knows their stuff—they’ll actually listen and help you find what you’re looking for, not just upsell. The vibe in the store is super chill, not rushed or overwhelming, which I appreciate. Every now and then you might run into a wait or a product that’s out of stock, but it’s never a dealbreaker.
