Today I had an incredible 5 star experience at Rocky Road Thornton. Angela and Irma greeted me with excitement and a kind welcome, ans when I went back everyone was smiling, friendly, and even greeted me by name. Irma was very helpful and recommended great choices and added on more products that I feel like enhanced the entire shopping experience. Milla is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel super welcome with her friendly attitude and great energy. She has such a good vibe, chill, genuine, and easy to talk to. You can tell she really knows her stuff when it comes to weed; she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even gave some great recommendations I ended up loving. Johnnie F was my budtender and was chill, polite, and prompt. I love the Rocky Road franchise. This location has a wide selection of glass, flower, carts, and a respectable selection of edibles. I've come here multiple times and had decent prices & friendly service until today. Whatever dude who was here on Wed Oct 8th around 2:40 pm was RUDE as hell. Dude with black hair, ear piercing and the Edgar haircut needs an attitude adjustment. He was rude and trying to rush us the whole way through, didn't give any info and made us uncomfortable to try and ask for different price points. My friend also was trying to find different price points for cartridges and avoid distillate products only to be given an $80 price tag?? She lives in CO now but has her out of state ID, I really hope the girl with long, wavy hair wasn’t just trying to get over on her. There are many blends and products available with price points usually around $30+. I've literally bought them here before unless yall got rid of your mid price point inventory….I doubt the prices changed THAT much in just a couple of weeks. Sucks to previously support a place and then have rude/unwelcoming employees make us not return. Awesome guys, thanks for the experience. I hope the owner or manager addresses this.
