I Used to love it here but now refuse to come by. Which is really unfortunate because it is right next to my house and I used to in weekly. Since they have switched from Green Dragon to Starbuds it has taken over 20 minutes at least- regardless of if there are people in the store with me or not. They are so unorganized and unprofessional. All the amazing staff the I have known for many months/years now hardly talk or are ever around. Been happy for the most part, but do not get house made pre rolls. I was informed by the budtender to get store over another brand both average $5 a gram pre roll. I've smoked 3 grams of "24.19%" and nothing. The pre rolls are definitely made with trim, not worth the while. Crazy part is the budtender suggested over a seed and Smith pre roll and everything Seed and Smith puts out is amazing – Paul Mosher
Been coming here a long time, have recently gotten to know the staff better. Prices are decent and they usually have some pretty good sales going too. They also really love dogs so if your pupper is well behaved and people friendly you can bring them in to get a treat and get loved on while you get your stuff. – Stony Bologna
I have been here twice and I should have known better to return after my first experience. The staff tend to be pretentious and will bully you into purchasing products that you do not want. I have been treating with rudeness both times I visited. I prefer places where the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and will work with you to find what best suits your needs. – Allyshia Rheta
Just had the 5th worst visit to a weed store ever. How funny they have all been at this Thornton store. Always a problem, order never ready, playing games with customer only to make me use ATM. Totally rude for nothing red head guy in green hoodie and jerk in pink shirt who wete both beyond crapastic support. Yep guy in green shirt cuz I was upset you didn't honor points, crap about expired doc when clearly new ID uploaded waa valid. Had I not needed for gift asap I'd have gone to The Dab which I'll be happy to continue doing. So like you said I DON'T have to shop here. And like I said on way out SUCKS TO SUCK! – K & D Callaway
