I went in to buy a joint and because I was $0.25 short of the $10 card minimum, he wouldn’t round it up and charge me on my card. The dude seemed pretty nonchalant and non caring about getting business. I manage a business in the same building and hear of my customers complaining about the place daily. So I ended up walking out without weed. I will not shop here nor will I recommend it. Place seemed pretty decent initially but the dude with the tattoos didn’t try anything to get a transaction done. – Brian Hutton
The people they hire are odd. Someone my personal information and message me on my phone all they did was give a credit and it wasnt even the right one. Went to get it today and the man that worked was even odder . And it was short points then what they originally said. Won't go back to any location. Invading my privacy and issue a lawsuit and wanted to just give points what a joke. I'm sure you'll see this shop on the news. – jacquelyn mosman

Been reviewing dispensaries all over The metro and suburban area for over a year now, not necessarily looking for the best bud per day but bud tenders and quality of service when it comes to how certain “local chain stores” operate as opposed to the quote big chain stores like Cookies or lemonade.. I have to say being a person who has done reviews in other states too I always stay local, stick with places like this spot LOVA, it’s got 3 locations all over The city. Tori was an excellent bud tender being as she told me how the difference in quantity when it comes to gummy’s. This my 2nd time trying the Robhots and I’m interested to see what this flavor has in store.. if you live by Lakeside and have a med card or hell even if you don’t, stop by this spot on Wednesdays you’ll get 20% off edibles (Rec) Tori was very kind and knowledgeable, next to Emilio ( who works with bubbas kush one of the newer and BEST GROWERS next to Antero sciences) Esther & Nicko (who manage the Levels store) I give her 5 star rating for her!!
