Ian and all the other people at Native Roots are so super-cool! I’ve been going here for years and they are so friendly and helpful. The lines are never too long and they always have a great selection of flower and other things. I am now a big fan of their Revel Gummies that really do what they say, (when designated as energetic, focus, relaxing, uplifting and sleepy). I don’t think you guys understand how amazing this staff is! I’ve never come in and had someone seem negative! Which in any customer service job can be hard some days. Everyone here is so helpful and amazing. They all have the best energy and best personalities. They give me honest opinions and great advice on what to get. It’s in such a convenient location too! The staff at this location routinely lies about products being "discontinued". I have lived in the neighborhood for a little over 2 years. This had been my go to dispensary, but not anymore. Several months ago they stopped CARRYING a particular edible I loved. I was told the company wasn't going to make it anymore and they tried to direct me to another edible that they sell. I told them no thank you. Found out that another dispensary, in another part of town carried the same product. It was not discontinued. Today I came in, again asked for an edible that I normally get. I was told that it was discontinued and the company was no longer making it. After a little bit of research online I found out this was not true. So if this location of native Roots stops carrying an item they will tell customers that it no longer exists so that they can try to sell you whatever they have in stock. This is a shady business practice in my opinion. Even though this is the most convenient dispensary in my area I will be shopping elsewhere. I prefer ethics when selecting a business. – C M

Just got some excellent product from the super knowledgeable Siobhan! She had excellent suggestions, and was very well- informed on everything I asked about. This store was an excellent experience, even getting checked in with Bri who rocks! Overall, from the staff and their help, definitely stop by!! – Emmitt Mooney
