As a first-time visitor, I was thoroughly impressed by Frost Exotic. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through their extensive menu. I took advantage of the Friday special and purchased an ounce of Banana OG for only $105. The quality was exceptional, and the price was unbeatable. The dispensary itself was beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Last time I’ll be going. The first time I went I had a good experience, the lady at the register was awesome. Im not sure who the people were tonight, never seen them before but definitely was enough for me to not go back. I waited in the little lobby waiting for someone to come check my ID, im use to people always checking my id before going in, no one was upfront, people were walking out of the dispo and no one came to check on the door or let me in. Even the signs say to not enter until your ID is checked! Sat there waiting, it took someone else having to come in for them to make they're way to the door. Whoever the lady at the register k. Pina is, was so rude, I was barely putting my hand out to grab the joint and she saw it and instead put it on the counter and dismissed me. Would’ve thought id get better communication and maybe an apology for waiting, something small like that goes a long way. Staff definitely needs to up their social skills and treat their customers better. – Chelsea Garcia
