I love coming to Broomfield Confidential. It's very convenient. I have never had a bad experience and I go quite often, they always greet me so kindly. I appreciate the help Joseph, Austin, Jess, Dani, Harvey (I'm sorry if I missed any names I'm not the best with that) and everyone else give, they are very knowledgeable about what I'm trying to search for. I am a fairly regular customer as are several of my friends. Great selection of products and very decent prices. Keep it up! Most staff are knowledgeable and professional, except for Jess (Jessica) – I didn't appreciate her condescending and impatient rudeness on the two occasions that she waited on me, so on my last visit this week, I waited until Joseph was free. He is always top-notch: outgoing, personable, knowledgeable, and shows the height of professionalism. She could learn a whole lot from him, and didn't need to pull the attitude on me or on him when I made it clear I didn't want to interact with her. I've heard similar stories, but since this is my review, I'll stick to what I've observed. Joe is definitely management material. – kevin olsen
