Front desk is always so polite and welcoming, and every time I’ve gone the wait time is short . It’s is a very clean place that even offers water. The experience just gets better especially with the assistance of Rhonda, she knows exactly what she’s talking about, very knowledgeable in all types of products, very patient with any questions we may have and her recommendations are the way to go, promise. If I could give Cynthia more than 5 stars, I would! 🌟 From the moment we walked in, she was an absolute ray of sunshine—warm, upbeat, and genuinely engaging. Her knowledge of the strains and products on the shelves was impressive, but what really stood out was how effortlessly she connected with us. We originally planned to spend around $50, and she was completely respectful of our budget. But as we chatted and she walked us through her personal favorites with such passion and insight, we decided to trust her recommendation—and ended up happily spending a bit over $100. I absolutely love coming to LivWell and I will not shop anywhere else. The staff is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to learn customer’s names and will remember you if you visit regularly. I usually get to see Bailey and she is the sweetest person. You can tell she knows a lot about what she does and I have never seen her in a bad mood, she is always more than pleasant. I get excited when I get called to her register!
