Every time I come to this place they never have stock. I called this morning after placing a Weedmaps order and the person that answered the phone said they had it. Yet, after I wasted time and gas traveling all the way from the south side of Pueblo to this location, that told me they don’t have it. And they didn’t have it all day. But I called this morning and was told false info. This is so frustrating wasting my time and gas for a false promise. I will not be going here anymore. – Aaron Dockery
I drive over an hour from La Veta/Walsenburg to get here, every time, I don’t go anywhere else for many years. I like consistency and someone with a good weed palate. I can find these things at RMB. There’s wishy washy budtenders that don’t know gas from earth from cheese from fruity everywhere, that’s why I stick to the blaze where I know I’m not gonna complain after I leave. – Kelly Jones
Came with a friend from Colorado Springs to the walsenburg protest…. We specifically came in for five joints and a cart which he sold to her after he was done selling to her. He asked me if I would like anything explaining that they had ounces by one get one for $5. I asked him if I could get two different types of ounces. He said that was no problem. After getting home I realized I was charged for 2 oz and only received one. When I called the manager today Devin to speak to him about what had happened. He told me they can't even sell more than an ounce because they're only wreck. I told him that I did give the guy my med card and because it was our first time there was told that we were also getting 15% off which we did not get. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Buyer beware. Very false advertising – Nicole Webb
I have NO INTENTIONS of EVER returning to this store.!!!! The customer service is the worst, the manager ( whoever it is) needs to hire GROWN UP people that actually are professional. It's horrible. This is my second time walking out Hore adults – Marci Strupp
