They have a nice, humble manager who chats nicely, makes you feel welcome, and wafts the rosin so you can smell it through the glass…then they have a cranky knee-high manager who won't. The gal behind the counter wasn't a bit friendly either. You could tell the staff on this particular day wanted their customers in and out like cattle even though there was no one else in the store. They have a decent selection but lost my business. – Craig Clark
