I am a regular customer at this dispensary and spend a significant amount of money here. On 2/21, I came in to make a simple purchase and was helped by an employee named Aiden. That turned out to be a mistake. This guy has absolutely no business working in customer service. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I raised a concern, instead of addressing it like an adult, he literally walked away from me at the register and had someone else take over. Unbelievable. What makes this worse is that three of his coworkers openly admitted his behavior is a problem and said they hate working with him. That says everything. When I asked how to file a complaint, I was told to “just leave a Google review.” So here it is. I spend hundreds of dollars at this business and expect basic respect and competence. If Aiden can’t handle interacting with customers, he should find a job where he doesn’t have to. This place can do better, and it should. – Arianna Martinez
Always a great experience met with smiles and warm welcomes. Today was a bit better than that. Taona handled my online order. She was so sweet and paid attention to detail. Was very engaging, and had such a sweet smile and demeanor. Hope to be helped by her again in the future. – Aaron
