I had the pleasure of meeting Natalie today. I always enjoy my experiences there, but Natalie blew it out of the park. I cannot say enough about her. She was kind, personable, funny. Great experience. Super helpful. Loved that they were so patient with helping find what I wanted. I'm a bit indecisive and have specific preferences so it can be stressful at time if the people aren't very nice. Everyone was wonderful and will for sure go back. She’s super professional and knows her stuff… but she’s also delightfully quirky in the best way — the kind of personality that makes you laugh, relax, and feel instantly welcome. Zero pressure, all good vibes, and she actually listens instead of trying to “sell” you something. Total servant-leader energy: she’s genuinely focused on helping you leave happy and confident with what you picked.
