spent over 30 minutes waiting in the lobby while the line continued to grow, despite three employees being on the floor. During that entire time, there was little to no urgency to move the line or help waiting customers. At one point a customer was unable to complete payment, and instead of redirecting or assisting the next person, all three employees allowed the line to stall while they stood around. From a customer’s perspective, it looked like no one was taking ownership of the situation. This should have been a quick 5-minute visit, yet it turned into a frustrating and unnecessary delay because staff appeared disengaged and unmotivated to help customers efficiently. I also overheard what sounded like inconsistent pricing being discussed, which raised concerns about accuracy and transparency. When I was finally helped, the professionalism did not improve. One female employee was noticeably rude in her tone and demeanor. One employee with face tattoos seemed unsure of basic processes and unable to answer simple questions. Another employee a balding red-haired man with a scraggly beard appeared disengaged and offered no urgency or assistance. The overall impression was a team with no direction, no accountability, and no respect for customers’ time. This does not feel like a one-off bad day. it felt like a management and training issue. – Jaxon Rynder
Want to go to a dispensary that cares about their customers? Want to go to a dispensary that actually has weed? Well then look somewhere else and do not go here! I have been going to this dispensary weekly for years, I spend $625 and some change every month. They regularly run low or out of weed, the edibles aren't good, and they don't carry many different things, on top of that, they do not have good incentives to become a member. So I have had my plants signed to a different location where I get benefits and can buy decent edibles and I buy my weed at this store, Ascend in Littleton, and like I said Ascend still get $625+ monthly, that's over 7.5K per year (times how ever many years I have been going) to this store from me. The past month, the choices were getting slimmer every time I went, 6 choices, 4 choices, then no choices, because the dispensary had no weed. This isn't the first time it has happened to me at this location and I was just happy I was told this time upfront rather than wait 30 minutes to be told in the back, like what has happened in the past there. I was told I could buy recreational with the medical tax because they had no weed on the medical side and "especially because I was a member" I was not a member because of (once again) bad edible choices, bad incentives, and them not having weed often, one of the main things they carry. But since I frequent weekly, a lot of employees assume I am a member. Waiting a day I went back and asked the same person if I could buy recreational because I was told there was still no medical, there was only one choice on the recreational side. A whole dispensary, having one strain of weed on both medical and recreational is insane. But I have been a loyal customer, so I decided to ask to get an ounce of the one choice and hope maybe next week they would get something in. I was then told that even though the dispensary does not have stock for medical (or recreational for that matter) and has been watching the medical stock go down for the past month without securing more, and since they have a member system that isn't even worth signing your plants over for, I would not be able to get the medical tax on the recreational side because I was not a member, who wants to sign over their plants to a dispensary that can't keep weed in stock? When it is the main thing people go to the dispensary for. Because once again, this is not the first time they've ran out when I've gone. It was only $25 more I would have had to pay in taxes, but I will not give a single cent more to a company who does not care about their medical patient customers and won't even stock their products. I left my punch card with the cashier and said I will never return. I know they will not care if I stop going because they can't even keep a stock. But please don't waste your time here as a customer. Go to one of the many other dispensaries around. – Corrie Lovelee
Went here first time the day before new year's eve. Wasn't overly crowded or much of a wait. Just got a gram of wax which pretty good and reasonably priced. The lady who helped me was great, helped me choose, really friendly, and Great up beat, she was really great, which by itself is nice. – Ocean Rivers
I got some dang Christmas trees in here today, I'm talking BIG buds, fluffy, tasty. Clearly a healthy and well cured plant. Not a bad price either, I've certainly payed more for less. – Nic Miller
the flower is good and good prices but the cartridges are consistently awful and its common they taste like actual law clippings. stick to the former. – Operator Nine
