He took the time to understand what I was looking for and introduced me to a brand called Tical—and wow, it absolutely blew my mind. I placed an online order, was immediately served. Kenna was amazing, they were out of one of my products and she went over and above to get me a replacement. My husband and I love the staff here! Tonight we had Will and Sofia and as usual, they were super fun to talk to and always friendly and welcoming! Plus all are knowledgeable in their products! Just continued greatness over at Native Roots! Had so much fun with Kenna today, laughing and smiling from ear to ear while we figured out my order!
