I’ve been coming to this store for over 8 months, and honestly, it used to be one of my favorite places to visit. I’d come in, grab what I needed, and always enjoyed saying hi to the amazing team, they created such a welcoming, positive atmosphere. Unfortunately, since the recent management and staff change, that experience is completely gone. The new team seems disorganized and inexperienced. What used to feel like a peaceful, friendly environment now feels chaotic and uncomfortable. It’s really disappointing to see such a big shift in a place I genuinely enjoyed. There were also some concerning issues during my last visit that ownership should be aware of. While I was waiting in line, a customer ahead of me was told he had reached his purchase limit, but then was advised by staff to bring a “friend” to buy more for him. That kind of guidance is not only inappropriate, but also against Colorado law, and it puts the business at risk. On top of that, when I was checking out, I tried to use my points. Instead of a smooth transaction, I had multiple employees talking to me at the same time, which made things confusing. In the end, my points were only applied to one item instead of the full purchase, and the whole interaction felt messy and unprofessional. It’s frustrating because this place used to get everything right. The previous team did an incredible job, and replacing them feels like a huge mistake. I really hope ownership takes a closer look at what’s going on before this affects the store’s reputation even more. I’d hate to see this place continue to decline. I used to love coming here. But if things don’t improve, I won’t be coming back. – Stephanie Blythe

Pleasantly surprised. What a selection and the prices are spot on. I have a med card and it's nice to see the wide variety of selections. Solina was very helpful and super friendly. Definitely will be going back. – Nathan Wodniak
