The last time I’ll come here. Came in today to redeem my $50 rewards and as you can see the receipt says I only got $42.99 off when it should’ve been $50. Seems like they always try to rip you off. Last time I came in on a Rosin day deal Bogo, they said it wasn’t available after I had called just before I came down to verify. Starbuds reached out to me w/survey (I didn’t reach out to them) about my visit and I explained what happened and they didn’t even get back to me. Thanks for wasting my time Starbuds. Any time I deal with the Bud tender Brian M., I get the worst service The guy is like a robot. He’s the kind of guy who loves to say no when yes would be a whole lot easier. Like for instance I asked to smell the rosin before I buy, and he said no, when every other Bud tender lets you smell it. He said we’re not allowed. After I purchased it, I opened it and smelled it and asked him if he wanted to smell it. He threw up his hands and said I’m not allowed to touch it in case anything goes wrong. He is so awkward and uninviting to a customer And he’s been here for years. I’m surprised because the guy has zero people skills. I can’t imagine why business is so slow. – Chaz Cam
