NHW is my favorite dispensary, hands down! I absolutely love their cake balls!! Unfortunately, they were out when I came in today. But, that is because they are so delicious! Really not a big fan of this Becky lady. I went to the medside and had not previously looked up the doctor certification letter on my phone. I was trying to figure out the password instead of resetting it when the customer behind me was trying to let me go and I said just go ahead. As she was going I was trying to figure out my password and both her and Becky told me that I could reset my password. I simply mentioned that no one has ever asked me for such a thing in Colorado Springs as I've been a med customer all year and Becky told me that if I didn't like it I could go shop somewhere else. She reminded me that they had asked me for it the one time I stopped here previously last week. Then she told me she didn't like the look on my face and that she would kick me out if I made those "cutty eyes" again. I didn't even budge. Don't know what she was going on about, but when she said it again I told her I almost kind of wished that she would and she went ahead and threw me out. Horrible attitude, very disappointed. Sorry if you don't like my eyebrows, I've been out working in the sun all day. Angry as hell right now. Edit: your response is useless. I understand the policy and provided the paperwork the first time. As I was trying to look it up the second time that chick wanted to get an attitude and literally started talking trash because of "the cutty eyes I was making" what I said was that chick acts like The soup Nazi and it's ridiculous. If you want to improve customer service, look at how many reviews have people irritated with her and find somebody who's worth presenting to the public as an employee.
