A very beautiful gem of a store that's nestled in an area you wouldn't expect to be. This was my first visit here because I am from out of town. When I walked into the store I felt as if I were a child again. Your store has such a gigantic selection of different products and your displays are outstanding. The young lady who helped me out was as sweet as can be. She is sweet, polite and very knowledgeable. I asked for her opinion on everything and she gave me what I was looking for. I wanted to buy a disposable they had from Seed n Strain. It was so nice of the manager to help me with what was left on the purchase, I was gonna go back to the car but she insisted on sparing me. Ive only been to this location a handful of times but its always been decent flower priced pretty well. This last time i came in there was issues with the flower i bought that they had purchased from an outside company. Once i made them aware of my dissatisfaction in the purchase, Jalen, the stores manager quickly contacted me and verified that they were indeed having problems with that particular batch and offered not only to replace it but to make it up to me by offering a higher shelf as replacement. I do understand that sometimes these things happen and they went that extra step to make it up. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and will sure be back. – Dan L.
