Came in for the goods, left with a great mood. Charlotte was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cool as hell. She made the whole experience easy, welcoming, and actually fun, which is saying something when you’re staring at 47 strains wondering who you even are anymore. Also, special shoutout to the security guard with the legendary mustache. That thing deserves its own employee badge and possibly a raise. Great vibes, great staff, zero pressure, and solid laughs. First time ever coming here and it was a breeze. I was able to order online and it was picked VERY quickly. Within a matter of seconds it feels like, my order was already ready to pick up. I was able to get in and out quickly and the guy who cashed me out was very friendly and informative. My products are great and the smell from the wax I got is heavenly. Great place. Had an online order- an all-in-one vaporizer and a couple of replacement cartridges from the same brand. Anthony saved me. I thought the vaporizer and the cartridges were compatible- apparently not.
