Had an online order- an all-in-one vaporizer and a couple of replacement cartridges from the same brand. Anthony saved me. I thought the vaporizer and the cartridges were compatible- apparently not. He helped set me up with the correct battery and even got me a small discount for it. I’m always impressed with the staff here; probably the main reason I’ve been coming for years. – Lauren Wyatt

First time ever coming here and it was a breeze. I was able to order online and it was picked VERY quickly. Within a matter of seconds it feels like, my order was already ready to pick up. I was able to get in and out quickly and the guy who cashed me out was very friendly and informative. My products are great and the smell from the wax I got is heavenly. Great place. They stay open layer than the store id originally been recommended and im not mad about. The store was beautiful, they had several non thc items for momentos and regular use. Manny was helpful and had great recs for what I was looking for (disposable and prerolls) and told me about the best deals on them. He sold me a Fat Grams vape and a Green Dot Labs Cherry Lime soda preroll and both taste amazing 👏 – MacKenzie Gibbs

Thank you for understanding and taking the time to read what I had to say. It's not very often a company will work to keep its customers and I really do appreciate it. I changed my rating and thank you again. This review should be one star based on how the GM handled the situation but the bud tenders are always helpful. Their website said the new years eve hours then below it said that there was 25% off TODAY. Now idk about everyone else but to me today means today not tomorrow and not yesterday. I showed the bud tender and she called Jalen the GM who did not want to have a conversation about it. He just flat out said it wasnt going to happen even though I had proof that it said the discount was for TODAY. I got what I needed and left and get back online to screenshot it and he already had it changed. Why not just admit you were wrong and honor what your website says instead of being shady? The budtender also told me that the 25% TODAY advertisement had been a problem with other customers before me. I come in at least twice a week but I will definitely reconsider my go to dispensary going forward. – Jamarlyn Muter
