I have shopped at various Terrapin locations in Colorado and the location in Longmont is by far the best. I had my moments where I shopped elsewhere; however over the last couple of years Terrapin Care Station has focused on carrying a variety of products and brands. Rather than previous years where they mostly carried their own in house brands. Changing the focus of the company definitely increased their customer base and reach. Customers want variety and Terrapin now offers that!! Terrapin also reevaluated the loyalty points program they had been utilizing and made HUGE changes. That was the second reason I started shopping at Terrapin again. Being an avid consumer of cannabis products means I am spending $$$ and knowing that every dollar I spend is earning points to take $$$ off future purchases makes my moon cabbage filled heart so happy. The budtenders are literally the kindest (I'm not just saying that for the $1 joint review. I REALLY mean it) They all go out of their way to make sure customers leave satisfied and cared for, and from my experience with the management they feel the same. I call them my emotional support dispensary for a reason. It's like walking into Cheer's and feeling welcome… Where every body knows your name (because it's on your government ID, loyalty account, online orders, and you are there at least twice a week, every week lmao) – Bethany Paget
