Kyle; what an amazing person. We all know Monday mornings. I trudged in looking for a certain something in a certain price range just visiting this particular location as I usually visit Denver. She went above and beyond defined what I was wanting at a really good price and because I’m a customer, I was able to use my discount which saved me even more. We shared a laugh before I left and everyone seem to be smiling. Thanks again Livwell you’ve improved My life, helped me relax and always provide me with the best customer service. The employees have been telling me that they have been bought out and are in a transition. This has been the standard answer for the past 3 months or so when I show my disappointment that they are no longer carrying many products I used to buy. I have been asked to be patient. Yesterday my patients ran out when I was told they were "out" of a product I have been getting for years. When I pressed further, the employee told me they don't know if they will get it in or if they will even be caring it anymore. Standard answer, "we are in a transition." My patients has run out. I feel I am wasting time and gas money going to Liv well only to be told they are in a "transition." The service basically has gone from excellent to poor at best. It has become clear to me that Liv Well no longer cares for their return customers! I have decided to transition myself. I am transitioning to a different dispensary. One that I know will be worth the trip, and cares about me as a customer. – Paul Schwindler

Rob is by far one of the kindest, lightest and most genuine souls. His positivity and outlook on life is contagious. We all need a dose of Rob. Much love. I just got back from LivWrll and had the pleasure of working with Justin, who’s also filled with positivity and understanding. Calm, collected and knowledgeable. Rob was there as well.
