Omg went in today and had such a wonderful time and experience! Front desk staff is always friendly, but today I went in and had the best time talking to Noah S! He was so friendly! And made it so easy to pick something out. I had a blast! I also got to use my rewards to try a new edible today! Was a great time all and all and was happy with my pre rolled as well! First time to this location and it did not disappoint! Please was amazing. Super clean, all the staff was nice and welcoming. Amanda especially was so helpful and kind. The employees have been telling me that they have been bought out and are in a transition. This has been the standard answer for the past 3 months or so when I show my disappointment that they are no longer carrying many products I used to buy. I have been asked to be patient. Yesterday my patients ran out when I was told they were "out" of a product I have been getting for years. When I pressed further, the employee told me they don't know if they will get it in or if they will even be caring it anymore. Standard answer, "we are in a transition." My patients has run out. I feel I am wasting time and gas money going to Liv well only to be told they are in a "transition." The service basically has gone from excellent to poor at best. It has become clear to me that Liv Well no longer cares for their return customers! I have decided to transition myself. I am transitioning to a different dispensary. One that I know will be worth the trip, and cares about me as a customer. – Paul Schwindler
