I typically don’t leave reviews for dispensaries and have felt hesitant to do so in the past. This is a true shame because there are amazing individuals doing truly life changing work; so thank you to the staff of Solace Meds and the extremely talented and patient staff. Special thank you to Nikki who has been extremely helpful recently. I have had the pleasure of being waited on by a newer(to me) bud tender and I decided to post publicly because I can’t say thank you enough to her, and to Solace for looking out for my wellbeing and most importantly my loved ones. Solace itself is an absolute “hidden” gem in town. The location may seem odd at first, but it has free parking, is private, discreet, and is just like pulling up to any other shop in town. It’s location is perfect for those looking to avoid the huge lines, overwhelming environments, and doesn’t give the “give us your money and leave” transactional only vibe that some other experiences/establishments have given me. I am getting to the age where myself, but more important my loved ones are suffering from chronic conditions, which alternative medicines have shown to be extremely effective in treating. Out of every other shop/experience I have had in NoCo; after trying just about every other shop in the area throughout the years, this location has consistently given me the most consultative, customer focused, low stress experience. It reminds me of how things “used to be” in a very good way, while still having the latest and greatest new product. Solace Meds has always met me where I was at. The customer experience I have received from Nikki and the rest of the staff has always been top notch, have consistently been there to help gently guide me into “the future” of the seemingly endless release of new products. I have always wanted to see if certain new trends are just that, or if there is more to it. Nikki was kind enough to spend the time getting to know me and my needs and offered a product that I previously thought was out of my price range(live cold cured rosin) and helped me find the right brands for my specific price range and needs. With so many other options in town, many of which are closer to me geographically, it truly is a treat to take the drive over because of how friendly and knowledgeable the staff has been to me during a very tough time in my own life. I met an Angel here the first time I walked in. I felt uncomfortable because I haven’t been getting the strains I need and right away I was greeted with a smile and the customer service was so pro that I felt like he knew as much as I did and actually he knew more. I always come here anytime I need to pick up gummies. They have the best price on Ript gummies and their always consistent on quality. They have a lot of other things to purchase also and their customer service is great! – Sherri Lynn M
INTOXICATING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The budtender worked her magic. Knew exactly what I needed. Because I didn't. I got lost and purchase whatever she handed me. She worked MAGIC utilizing my points so that I could get some herb to make it through the day. Five stars? 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I experienced a: ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️🪐⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ MASSIVE QUASAR of COURTESY. A GALAXY FREE OF JUDGMENT A UNIVERSE OF BUDGET BUD OVERWHELMED ME INTOXICATING. ME WITH CHOICES HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KIND, FRIENDLY AND THRIFTY….. THE BUD TENDER MUST HAVE BEEN A GIRL SCOUT!!!! … And remember there are FOUR dispensaries within a HALF MILE. … But I always come back for the HONESTY AND THE COURTESY WITH SUBTLE HINT OF SASS JUST BELOW THE SURFACE. Quality FLOWER can be found in every dispensary. It's the relationship with your bud tender, like your bartender "who knows your name, and they're always glad you came". I LEFT FEELING SPECIAL… THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INTOXICATING… .. I WAS FANTASIZING ABOUT COMING BACK BEFORE I EVEN LEFT!! …. Once again Drawn in, is it the nectar of the fabulous flower that lures me in? Could I be pulled by the Siren Song a quality service and an affordable product?.. Those are important But not the most important…. … When i'm really having a day. This miracle worker or bud tender Maria Baye ..who from here on out would be referred to as the " Budtending Goddess " worked a Christmas Miracle!! From a place that only she knows. Produced the one thing that I thought was gone for the rest of the day. A smile on my face. I was truly overwhelmed. I quickly placed my sunglasses on.It was the the lights.Yeah, that's right, the lights.That's it. The nectar's all over.. I do believe it might be that Siren Song of Superior Customer Service Experience!!! I may be short dollars but I feel like a million bucks when I walk out. Thank you all Merry Christmas – J.
