It’s so nice having a dispensary so close to where I live, not having to drive all the way to Palisade is very convenient. It also makes my experience so much better when I get to come in and be helped by people like Daniel and Cooper because they are super knowledgeable and very helpful and The most friendly bud tenders I have ever encountered. Really disappointed in the customer service I received Thursday July 10th. Came in and not only did I have to wait over 10 minutes to be checked in. The guy who helped me didn’t say hello or greet me in any nice manor. After asking questions about different products, I got a short answer out of this guy named copper. I am very soft spoken, when I leaned in to ask additional questions, I could smell liquor on his breath. Is this employee really drinking on the clock?? Only reason I came in to your store, was because of the good reviews. But I did NOT have a good experience while cooper was helping me. I really hope this guy is not a manager because I will never be back due to his terrible customer service. – Smalltown Reviews

This med shop has made it clear they don't care about medical patients by their actions over the last year . There's no privacy between the med and recreational, they have very little selection/ variety for medical shoppers and by their actions have made it clear to me they could care less about medical patients ..I'll be returning to my original medical shop so I can get the products and flower with quality and they treat patients like they matter and also care about getting products in that work for me ..also returning the flower I purchased last week from you guys because it's dry and turns to dust ….how dare you call yourselves a medical shop …im confident that the med shop in palisade will welcome me back and make sure to give me the attention and privacy you should have in a medical shop…I want everyone reading this to know that a couple of the flower strains in palisade are award winning for medical patients!
