I had a very disappointing experience. I received a coupon that was personally mailed to me, and it did not have an expiration date listed. A previous employee even told me that if I brought the physical coupon with me, they would honor it. I did exactly that, but when I arrived, I was told I couldn’t use it. What made the experience worse was the way it was handled. The general manager, Dess, responded rudely and simply said, “That was last month’s deal,” without offering any explanation or telling me what the current month’s promotion was. It gave the impression that she wasn’t interested in helping resolve the situation and instead just dismissed my concerns. Rather than trying to make things right by honoring the coupon, offering a comparable promotion, or even showing me the current deal, I was met with attitude. Good customer service is about finding solutions, especially when there has been conflicting information given by employees. I believe both management and staff could benefit from additional customer service training on how to handle situations like this more professionally. A little understanding and willingness to help would have made a big difference. – Cheke

Really cool place and nice people but I left feeling bummed after having to pay for something we didn’t even look at. After paying the person helping us informed us there was something left on the checkout screen from a previous person. They apologized profusely and gave us what we were wrongly charged for but it’s wax which we can’t even use and it was 20$. We took it because we were a bit confused, but I regret not saying something in the moment because $20 is $20 and it’s not something I can even use. – Olivia Richardson

OMG! So I goto Everyday weed the weed is amazing but goto the one on Montview where Eva and other nice humans can help you. I went here on Memorial Day and spent $163 $$ and was treated horrible by Dez ? She was pissy before I even got to her and acted like I disturbed her at home! As well as finding out she’s on management? Which only solidified the fact that this her everyday attitude. NEVER AGAIN she was rude to 3 customers in front of me and on my turn she was so annoyed she couldn’t work the computer and another decent person had to come help her you could tell by the ladies face she didn’t want to though!😂 whoever dez is isn’t great for your brand! Stick to other locations the show love and respect!😘 – Tamara Clark

Not a huge fan of the Star buds brand altogether. Rarely do I have a pleasant experience and when I purchased the product I had an issue with the lady that cashed me out was expressly rude and seemed like she was high on something that doesn’t grow out of the ground that’s all I’ll say about that. She failed to mention that a product needed to be returned within 3 days to get it replaced and that of course isn’t my fault that she failed to explain that little detail. I’ll go back to Lova any day before I come back here. – Andrew Powell
