Malfunctioning cartridge and was one of the the higher end ones. Call a few hours past 48hrs after the sale, they refused to exchange or refund the product. Looking at the product it was very old and near the expiration date and had been on their shelf for better part of 10 months before selling. Best they said they could do was 20-30% off my next purchase, which i can find coupons to get that. Was hopeful to support a smaller independent dispo but I will not be back. I highly recommend going somewhere else because this spot is not it. – Taylor Prentice
