This place is just about perfect 👌🏼, until last night. I come here about 2-3x a week. Not including my husband’s weekly visits. I understand business post their open hours for reasons. However, last night when I pulled in after work ( rushing as soon as fast as I could) to make it in before 7p. I pulled into the parking lot with 1 minute to spare and when I walked to the door, the employee shut it and locked it. I work in the service industry, and this was a really disappointing experience. The employee could’ve kindly said “I am sorry we are closed” while he was locking the door and I would’ve said thank you and been about my night. Unfortunately this was not the case. Seleste has the worst attitude ever. Didn't pay any attention to my order. Decided to make me feel like I didn't have enough money to pay and she kept complaining that I was getting too many items. Would never recommend her as your bud tender look for better cannabis else where !! Never recommend coming to this dispensary worst SERVICE EVER !!! Oasis will always be #1 !! – Mary Jane
I came into the store yesterday and was told that I had behaved inappropriately and should consider an apology to the employee. I would offer that the employee should have considered her actions in public setting and, if the roles were reversed, would probably say something to the effect of needing a thicker skin in a customer service setting (it's what I would say). Instead the customer is blamed "we aren't banning you or anything" like HDR was doing me a favor. I will ban myself and you can blame the shift manager for the loss of a customer. – Wavie 53
