I have been to your dispensary several times and have always had great service… until today. There were no other customers in the store. The budtender acted as though I was a bother. She seemed annoyed by my presence and was condescending when I asked a simple question. I turned around and walked out. There are other options where the associates are friendly and helpful, like the one I went to after leaving your store. If I want attitude, I can find it elswhere. If I want product, I can also find that elsewhere. – Thomas Strickland

The manager was rude. She tried to not honor and online order. She only honored because instated to complain. She escalated the situation beyond what was needed. She is one of the worst managers I have ever seen at any store of any kind. She needs to be re trained in customer service and notice behind the wall and expect her bud tender to be the the go between. I will never shop at purlife ever again and I will make sure I continue to push business away from your dispensary. – Francisco Gurule
Went in today and left very satisfied due to the professionalism and knowledge by Elizabeth!! She was beyond helpful and Informative to all my questions! Went in with a budget and because of her honesty and awareness she informed me of my points therefore I got a discount so spending money in there will come back your way.
