Probably spent $1000+ here and every time I go someone signs me up for the rewards just for me to go in the next time and them to tell that I need to sign up again and wait 24 hours to use my points. Called this morning trying to sort the situation out before I go in and experience the same thing again. The person on the phone tells me that she’s fixed what appears to be wrong and that she’ll have the manager add my points and that she would call me back. No call. Waited til the store was nice and dead to just try and go in and get it sorted. They tried to sign me up for I believe the fourth time. Then tell me that none of my previous purchases will count towards my rewards and that I should've came when it was less busy. I was the only one there. Happy 4/20. – Joey Crawley
I was looking for a new dispensary that offered delivery, and found it with Urban Wellness. I also found incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable people working at UW when I called in.
